Time based Projection, Frosted plexiglass, and Digital Transparency prints

This work is an extension to Sculptural Healing. After notating all the writings, I created an encryption that first alters the writing so so that if someone were able to decode the work, the writings would remain obscured. In this process, I changed specific words to other nonspecific words following different topics in Farsi. The code then changes the sentence structure of the writing to follow Farsi (object, noun, verb) versus English structure type (noun, verb, object). Finally, all characters are jumbled into an unreadable scramble. The process of the conceptual work is then projected through transparent transparent photographs of myself on picture day in kindergarten and my MSU ID as well as frosted plexiglass to further distort legibility. Privacy remains.
